Coach Facilities at Your Newcastle Store

In order to make your visit as smooth as possible, you are advised to contact the Coach Co-ordinator on 0191 297 2420 prior to your visit.

Coach drivers should drop their passengers off at the store entrance where they will be met by the Coach Co-ordinator who will distribute appropriate store information, and ensure that visitors are made aware of store facilities.  After dropping off the passengers, the coach should proceed to the coach park.

Groups booked in advance will receive 10% discount vouchers on a selection of Brands.

Boundary Mill are delighted to offer our Group Organisers and Coach Companies with 20 passengers or more a unique opportunity to combine a great days shopping at one of our stores with a visit to a specially selected venue or guided tour of the outstanding local areas.

Simply select the store you wish to visit and the experience you would like to book. Call your store Coach Co-ordinator with your requirements and leave the rest to us.

Please note transport arrangements to store and for all venues and experiences are to be provided by the Group Organiser or Coach Company.

Afternoon tea can be arranged on request.

There is a minimum of 20 people required for all Tours.

Group Benefits and Incentives

We offer Coach Drivers £10 cash and the Group Organiser receives a £10 Boundary Mill Stores gift voucher as well as drinks vouchers for the driver and organiser to be used in our coffee shops.
All we ask to qualify for the incentive is that the coach must be carrying at least 20 passengers and stay for a minimum of two hours.
There are no restrictions on how many times you visit us – simply register in the store on arrival and we will pass on the vouchers and the cash.
